We’ll meet once a month for the next 3 months (dates below) and together explore modern living and well-being through the lens of the traditional discipline of yoga. We’ll also be practicing meditation, breathwork, different styles of yoga, and more!

A Gentle Yoga Flow With Essential Oils
Community Bonding Through AcroYoga
Getting to Know Our Community Members
A Brief Discussion on the Traditional Discipline of Yoga
Community Selection of Topics & Books
We’ll have snacks and tea for you, but feel free to also BYOB! Please bring a journal or notebook with a pen, your mats, and anything that would make you feel more comfortable sitting during our discussion. We have bolsters and blankets in the studio for your comfort as well.
