Hot Pilates with Alex

Hot Pilates is a Mat Pilates Class Focusing on Core Strength and Flexibility . We are taking the Traditional series and Core Foundation to work  the inner and outer thighs, as well as Back Strength and incorporating Heat to Eliminate Toxins from the Body and Burn even More Calories while we do so. Hot Mat Pilates will be a Series of Controlled Breathing during Body Resistance Movement to build core strength, WE WORK EVERYTHING at a 98 Degree Level atmosphere to benefit  the Abs, Inner and Outer Thighs as well as our Back Body and Hamstrings and Glutes. Killer Workout to FEEL AMAZING and Reach your Core Goals :)
