Free Community Class with Jenna

A combination of vinyasa flow & yin
 Designed to have you move, breathe, feel, and flow through the asanas as you tune into the body and experience the benefits of yoga. A class for all levels focusing on proper alignment while using props and modifications , and allowing experienced practitioners to dive deeper into variations. Starting off with a gentle vinyasa flow to warm up the body and followed by yin yoga , as we hold various asanas with focus on the breath and moving deeper into the poses while allowing greater flexibility.

Open to all levels, no cost is involved!
