I’m Maddie, a 15 yr old certified Children’s Yoga Teacher, who has been practicing yoga since I was 5. My yoga classes are about having fun, of course, but also about practicing body awareness, exercising independent thinking, and developing social and interpersonal skills. Parents see such a benefit in having yoga as a part of their child’s curriculum.
