This workshop focuses on your Sadhana (daily practice) that yogis do to maintain a low level of stress, a high level of awareness and an abundance of energy. 
Reduce stress and expand life with nutrition, meditation, asana and pranayama techniques to incorporate into your daily life.
This workshop is open for seasoned yogis who want to go deeper and for new ones who want to understand what yoga really can do to increase quality of life.
