Piyo, combines Pilates and yoga postures to build strength, lose weight and increase flexibility while having an incredible time doing it. Piyo is a CORE based program, meaning you will build more core strength then in any other mat program. It is a High Intensity Cardio workout to elevate your Heart Rate and build strong muscles using only our own body. Piyo is a new and up and coming method to tone your body, love your body and define your body!
