Free Community Class with Jenna

A combination of vinyasa flow & yin
    
 Designed to have you move, breathe, feel, and flow through the asanas as you tune into the body and experience the benefits of yoga. A class for all levels focusing on proper alignment while using props and modifications , and allowing experienced practitioners to dive deeper into variations. Starting off with a gentle vinyasa flow to warm up the body and followed by yin yoga , as we hold various asanas with focus on the breath and moving deeper into the poses while allowing greater flexibility.

Open to all levels, no cost is involved!

Mother and Daughter Yoga Workshop:
The focus of this program is for women to live happier and healthier lives, by strengthening the mother and daughter bond through adopting a positive lifestyle, enhancing self-esteem and above all, having fun! Classes are designed for mothers and thier daughters (ages 8-13). Every class has an empowering message to share! Playful yoga, art project and meditation. Led by Founder, Michelle Mejia, RYT
    
Michelle Mejia is a 500 HR E-RYT and creator of Power In She. She has been leading girl empowerment programming for over 5 years.

Hot Pilates with Alex

Hot Pilates is a Mat Pilates Class Focusing on Core Strength and Flexibility . We are taking the Traditional series and Core Foundation to work  the inner and outer thighs, as well as Back Strength and incorporating Heat to Eliminate Toxins from the Body and Burn even More Calories while we do so. Hot Mat Pilates will be a Series of Controlled Breathing during Body Resistance Movement to build core strength, WE WORK EVERYTHING at a 98 Degree Level atmosphere to benefit  the Abs, Inner and Outer Thighs as well as our Back Body and Hamstrings and Glutes. Killer Workout to FEEL AMAZING and Reach your Core Goals :)

Discover your inner strength and turn your world upside down! Level 2 certified AcroYoga teacher Alina Flor will offer techniques from the AcroYoga Inversion Pryamid that will empower your practice and take your inversions to the next level. 

The workshop will guide you through strength training, core conditioning, and tightness drills to tone body awareness. Alignment principles and proper spotting techniques to give everyone the experience of being inverted. 


This workshop is appropriate for all levels.

Parents see such a benefit in having yoga as a part of their child’s curriculum.
