Alina is a mother, Cardiac/Vascular Technician, and a lover of yoga. Practicing since she was 15 she expresses body and spirit through her teachings. Her classes are challenging, but she offers a variety of variations for all levels. In love with this practice Alina continues to share her passion for yoga while helping to create and grow a strong yoga community.

Kara is a wife, mother, and believer in the practice of yoga. Practicing since high school she has experienced the physical, mental and emotional benefits yoga can have on your body. She teaches a physically demanding class with the understanding that we are all at different levels, offering modifications for all levels in her class. Her passion for the practice only grows with every class she teaches. She enjoys boating and offshore fishing with her husband who runs a charter boat, spending time with family and friends, and anything outdoors!

Laura has a soulful nature and is very dedicated to her practice. She incorporates her background in dance into the flow and transitioning of the asanas in her classes. She encourages students to detach from the past, future, and to live fully in the present moment, allowing themselves to restore peace, health, and balance in their life.

Marcie started practicing yoga over 15 years ago. Emma is a loving wife and mother of two amazing girls. From a young age she learned to practice yoga and acrobatics from her father, a professional acrobat and yogi. She formally received her teacher certification from Yoga Education Institute in 2007. She teaches with an awareness of each individual in the room, bringing experience, compassion and knowledge to all of her classes.

Currently working toward 500 hour Yoga Teacher Certification and Yoga Therapist Certification
Stephanie started practicing yoga at Blue Sol in 2013. Since her first class at the studio, she fell in love with the practice. She enjoys the benefits that yoga brings to her mind and body. Stephanie wants to share the amazing benefits of yoga with her students. She has a passion for teaching, as she is also a school teacher.
