Alina is a mother, Cardiac/Vascular Technician, and a lover of yoga. Practicing since she was 15 she expresses body and spirit through her teachings. Her classes are challenging, but she offers a variety of variations for all levels. In love with this practice Alina continues to share her passion for yoga while helping to create and grow a strong yoga community.

Laura has a soulful nature and is very dedicated to her practice. She incorporates her background in dance into the flow and transitioning of the asanas in her classes. She encourages students to detach from the past, future, and to live fully in the present moment, allowing themselves to restore peace, health, and balance in their life.

Marcie started practicing yoga over 15 years ago. Emma is a loving wife and mother of two amazing girls. From a young age she learned to practice yoga and acrobatics from her father, a professional acrobat and yogi. She formally received her teacher certification from Yoga Education Institute in 2007. She teaches with an awareness of each individual in the room, bringing experience, compassion and knowledge to all of her classes.

Stephanie started practicing yoga at Blue Sol in 2013. Since her first class at the studio, she fell in love with the practice. She enjoys the benefits that yoga brings to her mind and body. Stephanie wants to share the amazing benefits of yoga with her students. She has a passion for teaching, as she is also a school teacher.

Arianne's expertise in Yoga, Acrobatics and Thai Massage helps students to build their own well-balanced understanding of the practice through the use of clear, technical teaching skills, compassionate adjustments, breath connection and intuitive body awareness.
Khristann is a Business Operations Project Manager and yoga enthusiast. She has been practicing yoga for 4+ years, and has experienced first-hand the benefits of a consistent practice, both on and off the mat. She teaches classes that promote strength and flexibility for all levels. She is driven by ensuring that her students are left feeling empowered and relaxed - physically, mentally and emotionally. She doesn’t just seek the light; she aspires to be the light.
Bella is a psychotherapist in training with a passion for the healing arts. She has been practicing yoga for over 13 years, and has background in functional flexibility and various styles of dance. She loves to help others become more flexible and fluid in their movement practice, and more relaxed and calm in their personal lives. In her work with her clients, Bella continually sees the physical, psychological, emotional, and even relational benefits of movement, meditation, mindfulness, and partner work. She has come to believe deeply in the mind-body connection, and is thrilled to be able to help her clients achieve greater well-being by sharing what she’s learned.
Alex Heitt is a Mother of three beautiful children. She has been a Fitness Enthusiast for over a Decade with a background in Dance. While Teaching Zumba and Pilates, she fell in love with the Practice of Yoga and building strength and flexibility with integrity to the body. Her Classes are Music Infused and both challenging and Fun. Her Passion lies in people finding FREEDOM in FITNESS.
Trained in Mat Pilates as, well and Certified Piyo Instructor. Completed her 200 hours in through Non-Basic Teacher Training.
Paty Renda is a journalist, translator and writer as well as a 200 hr certified Aananda hatha yoga teacher and Vedic Thai Bodywork practitioner. Although yoga has always been present in her life, her professional path started only when she moved to the US and received her first training as a Yoga Fitness instructor and Nutrition consultant. She has been teaching yoga for about 12 years and throughout this time she has had the pleasure to study with many great teachers in the country. Paty worked as a trainer for the Yoga Fitness certification, taught seniors, mommies and babies, powerful yoga classes as well as restorative yoga classes.
