Erica Metz
Erika is from the beautiful state of Colorado, but she grew up all over the world, the product of a military family.  Her love for travel set the tone for the rest of her life, always ready for an adventure and very appreciative of the beauty of this planet.  As a child and a teenager, Erika was a gymnast and dancer which eventually led to an interest in Yoga during college. Her love for the movement and power of the human body linked with a strong pull towards meditation turned into a deep passion for Yoga. Erika is a certified  Hatha Yoga instructor educated through Aananda Yoga and registered by Yoga Alliance. Erika chose Hatha Yoga because it is the fondation for most styles of yoga. She believes that all types of Yoga are beneficial and that they should all be explored. Currently teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Beginners Yoga, Restorative, and Aromatherapy Meditation. In addition to her Yoga training she is also a certified Reiki healing practitioner. Yoga has been a lifelong companion in Erika's life. Erika will always be a student and is so thankful to be a teacher as well. Yoga has changed her life on countless levels and it is Erika's lifetime goal to share that knowledge and wisdom with her students.

She’s practiced yoga for the past 13 years and is passionate about introducing the spiritual, gentle and compassionate style of Prem Yoga to her therapy clients and yoga students. She believes that yoga helps heal both physical and emotional pain. Cindy encourages students to bring mindfulness of body, breath and sensations to the yoga mat and beyond. “Being compassionate and mindful on and off the yoga mat helps you connect with inner wisdom and creates calmness and balance between body, mind and soul.”
natalie
Yoga has been in my life for 4 years.2 years into my practice I discovered how deep my passion of yoga evolved. I was suppose to go away for a few years to Physician Assistant school, but I found that my passion for yoga caused a change in my direction. With yoga I could still help people, but in a more spiritual and holistic way. In 2009 I received my 200 hour yoga alliance certification in Universal Yoga. My teacher training changed my life and I am blessed with the path I have taken.I feel truly honored to have been trained by such an amazing instructor/master, and I am thankful to her. Combining my knowledge of human physiology and anatomy and my yoga training together they have given me a deeper understanding of the true meaning of yoga and it's benefits.
Emma Gonzalez
From a young age, yoga has been an integral part of Emma’s life. Her father was a dedicated yogi who traveled all over the world during the 1940’s and 50’s performing and practicing acrobatic “Hand-Balancing”. Today, Hand-Balancing is a popular and accessible practice that is known as “Acro-Yoga”. Emma was first introduced to heated yoga in 1990 when her father began to guide her through Asana practice in the community sauna. Although they had been practicing together long before that, it was during that time that she had a conscious awakening and experienced a real transformation in yoga. Together, they practiced various styles of sitting meditation, read the yogic scriptures and explored the asanas and pranayama. In 1997 her father passed away and Emma stepped into her first public yoga class, discovering Vinyasa yoga. During this time she experienced yet another awakening that lead to her own independent re-discovery of yoga. Having been practicing for most her life by her father’s side, this was a pivotal turn in her practice. Vinyasa Yoga lead her to Ashtanga where she deepened her practice. In 2008 Emma graduated with her 200 hour Teacher Certification from Yoga Education Institute. Her practice forms a tapestry of the various styles of yoga that have been ingrained in her throughout her life. It is a free flowing style that integrates and explores the spiritual concepts of yoga with the physical practice of asana.
RoseAnn Sbona Britschgi

RoseAnn began her Yoga practice as a teen and was quickly awakened to its incredible physical and spiritual benefits.  Her love of this beautiful practice and freedom on the mat guided her on the journey to becoming a full time teacher.

She is certified and has trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Kripalu and Iyengar Yoga lineages, Thai Yoga Body Work and is certified in Reformer and Mat Pilates.  Over the past 10+ years of teaching RoseAnn has fine tuned her intuition and is able to expertly read a room and blend her experience seamlessly with what is happening in the moment.  No two classes are ever the same.  She facilitates that which is yoga; the present moment union of body and mind. Her compassion comes through in her teaching, as she creates a safe environment where students experience the comfort and freedom to intuitively experiment with their personal edge.

RoseAnn has worked extensively with professional basketball (NBA) and baseball players (MLB), golfers (PGA) and tennis professionals (USTA Juniors), competitive cyclists and students of all ages.  She also held a position on staff at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital Rehabilitation Department utilizing her skills in yoga and pilates to help patients progress in their recovery to ease their transition back into daily life routines.  She has created a special niche of private sessions in which she builds programs for students.  These yoga “prescriptions” include a series of personalized exercises on DVD coupled with soothing meditation CDs targeting the students’ specific needs.  RoseAnn conducts a variety of classes and workshops as well as retreats, both domestically and internationally.
